Industry Leader--Sheri Hauser
- Sheri Hauser started out in 2001 working with an editor writing a book. This was published string bound/hardbound with 4000 copies. She went on to write a series of books 12 books entitled “The Prophetic Wave.” She released an additional 5 books on the subject of Prophetic Arts.
- She studied at UNLV web design and photoshop. Then she tacked the Adobe Suite which included InDesign [2 at the time], Illustrator, and professional Acrobat.
- Sheri went 140K in debt and started a company [Glorybound Books] purchasing extensive software, computers, a $35K printer, and 9 desk-top printers. She purchased 5 book binding capabilities and began writing the Lasertrain which provided templates for specific projects. One of the templates is a tabloid children’s book. With that template a book can be printed, the cover fed into one of the drawers of the office printer and the entire book comes out the other side stapled and bound.
Our History
- Glorybound Books was renamed Glorybound Publishing as the company moved into working with several types of publishing.
- They are a webmasters [in the office] with proven talents initiating the Camp Verde Chamber website https://campverde.biz which is running 10Khits/month and climbing! Glorybound Publishing website has traffic of 6K/month—and doesn’t have a shopping basket on the site! They have proven high-traffic websites
20 years in the Publishing Industry
- Sheri Hauser and Glorybound has been 20 years in the publishing industry. The company was started in 2005 and has continued nonstop. They have released over 700 books.
- They have a wide level of experience in publishing. They began as a conventional publisher [2005] and then moved to a Service Oriented model for publishing. They have published paperback, hardback, coil bound, staple bound, peg binding, fixed e-pub, and reflowable e-pub.
- They developed the Glorybound Lasertrain with templates for digital publishing helping business help themselves. The Lasertrain has over 200 templates in 32 books with Print Sets and Pattern Sets which provide specific instructions on publishing and printing specific items. Main books include Print Set Books 1-9, Print & Pattern Set books Just Books I, II, Just Sales & Advertising I, II, Just Stickers, Cards & Bar Codes, Just CDs, and Business.

- Sheri Hauser has written 4 publishing textbooks [Publishing Our Way, Publishing Our Way Forms, Digital Book Publishing, InDesign Easy].
- She has also written and published 10 children’s books with one in Korean and one is Russian working with her sister, Karna Peck as an artist.
- Glorybound printed and bound books from 2005 until 2018. When Create Space was sold to become KDP, it provided a good opportunity for print-on-demand. We were used to designing files for books, so learning format parameters for KDP was fairly easy. There were no clear instructions, so once Sheri figured it out, she wrote a book InDesign Easy.
Children's Books Live
- We still have 5 book binders in the office as needed for minimal local book binding jobs.
- In 2015 we began doing Children’s Books Live with on-stage productions at libraries, schools and civic events. We have a storage room with full-size props, a 4 foot letters GBK that can stand on the stage, a fog machine, a bubble machine, neon lights and a really big cotton candy machine. Local libraries and school invite us and we bring authors to read as well as musicians to play on stage. We also have a set of puppets, for smaller stages.
Professional Publisher School
- The Glorybound Professional Publisher School was opened in 2020 with private classes and is credentialed by Glorybound Publishing established to set the standard for publishing books in the US. The credential is based on the educational experience obtained over 20 years as Glorybound Publishing grew into the largest publishing company in Northern Arizona. It is a private school which has streamlined essential elements needed to become a professional publisher.

- In 2021 Glorybound Sounds came into being. The office built a professional sound studio and in March 2022 and Sheri received a diploma in Sound Engineering. Since this time they have uploaded and released 8 audiobooks on ACX which accompany published books. Glorybound Sounds Studio is set up to have authors ZOOM straight into the studio and record their book live into the digital equipment. It is very streamlined and modern.
Social Media Marketing Specialist
- July 2022 Sheri received a diploma in Social Media Marketing and went on the small business network social media site Alignable to practice what she learned. Within the first 4 months, she earned the title of ‘Business Person of the Year for 2023 for Camp Verde’. As she extended the business using the social media platform her reach grew (in May 2024) to 2092 connections with 224 recommendations, with 77,997 views in the last 3 months. The business receives about 4 new clients per month from Alignable. Her badges include Local Business Person of the year for 2023 and 2024, Community Supporter 2023 and 2024, Highly Recommended business by over 50 businesses.
Publishing Internationally
- The outreach has led to international publishing. In 2023 Glorybound assisted an author to publish his books on Amazon.Canada.
- Glorybound Publishing participates in events throughout the year bringing the publishing company out as well as inviting local newly published authors to do book-signing at the event. This past year they sponsored a refurbishment of a 1978 Aluminum Sears Gamefisher boat [with the Chamber of Commerce] for the Cornfest.
- In the fall they went to Black Canyon City Historical Books Festival.
Author Events
- March of 2024 they opened 3 tents for the Pecan & Wine Festival inviting three authors to showcase their books. Eileen Martin brought her book Lenatuha; Apache Maiden, along with her husband [full-blood Apache] in regalia. We also Wayne Treptow, whom we have published 10+ books and TC Noble with his local history book “History of Camp Verde”. It was a good time as Jerry Geronimo Martin and TC Noble are both running for Town Council positions.
